Is a experience that reconnects us with the body we inhabit, a rediscovery of what tends to fade away in our daily lives. It is a journey back to ourselves, an awakening to self-knowledge and to the inner strength that sustains us. In this space, movement is organic and symbiotic. Nature and its elements lead us to our most primordial memories, and we recall the fluidity of water, the grounding of the earth, the power of fire, or the lightness of air. Ancestral rhythms and the sound of the drum align our inner elements, restoring harmony, gentleness, strength, and the impulse to celebrate life. The sensations that emerge and the collective energy created awaken the presence and deep vitality of the body and the group. At the same time, working in pairs invites us to listen and practise mindfulness. Conscious touch invites us to trust and let go, creating a wordless dialogue between body and space, between Self and Other.
