The Dance of Life has many times imprinted in our movement some memories, patterns and habits that become a comfort zone for us and diminishes our body perception and potencial . Through Helio's work and approach you can learn how to interrupt and rewire these movements that the body has saved, and from there learn different tools that will lead to a deeper awareness/understanding of the body and dance as a whole.
